We don’t manage tickets with discounts or special categories, such as groups, retirees, young people…, we only sell the normal adult ticket. For inquiries or purchase of special tickets you must go to the physical box office of the bullring.

The prices of the tickets are fixed on the website and vary, among others, according to the bullring, the show, the date or the location of the seats. From this price, SERVITORO charges an additional fixed cost of TWELVE EUROS (12.-€) per ticket (V.A.T. included) for the services of search management, booking and purchase of tickets and also includes the shipping costs within Spain (peninsula and islands) and Portugal. 

The tickets may carry a surcharge applied by the promoter of the show of up to 10% of the amount of the ticket, this amount is completely unrelated to Servitoro. 

The order of the tickets is firm, no changes or refunds will be accepted for any reason.

In the event of changes occurring after the purchase of the tickets, such as (by way of example only): change of date, hour event, poster, substitutions, cancellations and/or any other event. The User expressly acknowledges that any claim must be made directly to the Organizer.

The making of any refund shall be subject to the conditions of the Organizer and to the provisions of current legislation, being in any case subject to having the official ticket, complete, intact and not manipulated or damaged.

The tickets are delivered at home or in PDF format, depending on the event, this is clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

In both cases the tickets are delivered 4 days before the show.
