The Principal Theatre of Alicante was filled with emotional vibrations during the bullfighting proclamation of the Bonfire Fair, led by the matador Luis Francisco Esplá. This event, which fused music and oratory, attracted a multitude of attendees, literally filling the theatre and leaving people in the street.

Esplá, a master of words, structured his speech in three parts. In the first, the Big Band Ida Jazz orchestra performed musical pieces. The central core of the event was the emotional speech in which Esplá remembered his father, spoke about the origins of the Bonfire Fair, and highlighted its importance for the city of Alicante. The singer Vicente Soto “Sordera” also participated in the show, adding a musical touch to the event.

The mayor of Alicante, Luis Barcala, praised Esplá as one of the city’s best ambassadors.
